We want someone who thrives in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. Our Abbotsford branch is located right inside the Fraser Valley Auto Mall. We’re the exclusive insurance broker to the Fraser Valley Mall dealerships. **The Responsibilities** + First things first, you’ll provide ICBC and private auto coverage in the office and dealerships. + We work as a team so, you’ll assist in the office as needed by helping customers at the counter, answering telephones and everything in between + You’ll handle any customer complaints with professionalism and understanding + You’ll set and adhere to production budgets, including ICBC Autoplan and Private Auto Sales production + You’ll ensure compliance with all insurers, Insurance Council of BC and Privacy Act rules and regulations + You’ll ensure control of ICBC inventory and correct handling of all documentation and funds + We want you to grow too!
