North Downs Specialist Referrals is a progressive, team-oriented Referral Veterinary Hospital located in Bletchingley, Surrey. We are dedicated to delivering outstanding care to animals and exceptional support to our clinical and non-clinical teams. We are currently seeking a reliable and proactive Insurance Administrator to join our team. This is a permanent full-time position working 40h per week Monday to Friday.
For direct claims
Liaising with clients re payment of admin fee and depositTalking client through the process and ensuring that all forms are correctly completedLiaising with insurance companies to organise pre-authorisation when necessaryFollowing up any queries between client and insurersArranging pre-authorisations for clientMaintaining monthly report of claims submittedScanning documents into Jupiter SystemOther admin tasks as may occasionally be requested by the Client Care Manager and to support the rest of the Admin team (e.g answering telephones, arranging appointments etc).The ideal candidate will demonstrate;
