Overview: The I&E Shop Technician Lead is responsible for leadings and mentoring a team of I&E shop technicians in the repair, maintenance, and assembly of panel equipment repairs. This role ensures the safe and efficient operation of panels while meeting quality and performance standards.  I&E Shop Technician Lead is responsible for directing and coaching their team to complete work efficiently and meet project deadlines. As a “working lead” position, this person will be required to work alongside team members in the panel shop.
