This position is based in the Charlotte or Raleigh-Durham, NC area. Primary responsibilities include providing regional sales leadership and coaching employees located in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. In addition to managing an experienced team of sales professionals, you will ensure order bookings meet the assigned goals, while providing outstanding customer service to new and existing accounts. In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Leading direct report sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to help them succeed and grow in their careers. Drive critical business unit initiatives to gain market share. Identify business development opportunities with an understanding of the market dynamics to develop a comprehensive sales plan for continuous growth. Collaborate with your peers, business units, and Emerson Impact Partners to drive customer benefit. Maintain competitive awareness and appraise the company of significant trends or events. Accomplish regional objectives within established budgets. Implement approved administrative policies and procedures.Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of related experience in sales/sales management, or equivalent At least 2 years of leadership experience or equivalent Valid Driver's License Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering, or related technical field. Experience leading a team of sales professionals Previous experience selling instrumentation devices in the Process Control industry or related industry is strongly preferred.Our Culture & Commitment to You
