As a **Sterile Processing Team Lead** , you’ll bring your deep understanding of SPD functions to the front lines of surgical support. From **decontamination and sterilization** to **instrument processing and case cart assembly** , you’ll ensure every tool is where it should be — clean, sterile, and ready to go. You’ll also serve as a **charge person on alternating weekends** , helping lead the workflow and support your team in real time.
