Archer Western Construction-Snell JV is currently seeking an Instrument Person for the Atlanta Region, GDOT I-285 / I-20 East Interchange Project in Decatur GA.

The Instrument Person's primary function to operate surveying instruments and mark reference points for grades; may oversee Rodman.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Sets up, adjusts, and operates surveying equipmentMay assist Surveyor in establishing elevation points and other field layoutWorks with plans to establish points and grades for constructionMay perform other related duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS

3 years of construction experience PreferredMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs; may be required to work in adverse weather conditionsRequires the ability to comply with all safety policies and procedures; communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors to ensure projects are completed properlyPossess a strong work ethic and desire to learnRequires good manual dexterity; may be standing, bending, kneeling or sitting for long periodsMust be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening

La Persona Instrumental - Agrimensor función principal es operar instrumentos topográficos y marcar puntos de referencia para calificaciones; puede supervisar a Rodman.
