In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Perform tasks at the workstation in accordance to documented procedures, e.g. FMI, Work Instruction. Perform TQC as needed. Observe and verify quality of parts before and after assembly. Perform cleaning and housekeeping of tools, equipment, and work area. Meet station manufacturing cycle time to ensure work to be completed and meet schedule. Follow safety procedures at all times. Support and follow Lean Manufacturing activities e.g. In-Process Kanban. Feedback on discrepancy and defects found in the materials, methods and equipment at workplace. Perform simple cleaning and basic preventive maintenance on automation machines, equipment and jig and fixture. Need to validate the chemicals and equipment at workstations before use. Account for inventory integrity by involving in cycle count as counter. Ensure compliance with workplace safety rules, including but not limited to the usage of personal protective equipment. Not involve in any unsafe or negligent act that endanger peers or oneself. Reporting unsafe work conditions. Participate in providing suggestions to improve productivity, efficiency and safety/heath at work. Perform other assignments as required by the Supervisor.Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:
Secondary/Primary Education. Pass tests for Near Vision, Colour Blindness Eye, and Hearing. Ability to cross-train on other workstations as and when required. Able to work as a team with other production staff. Effective communication skills..Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Work experience in manufacturing environment. Basic computer skills. English communication skills.
