Responsibilities include:
Ability to work autonomously to tackle a broad scope of customer requirementsAbility to effectively deliver oral presentations to management and customersAbility to work independently and direct subordinatesAbility to deliver synthetic environment training using flight simulators and other toolsAbility to contribute to development of teaching aids and coursewareEnsure that training delivered is consistent with training objectives and teaching points in the training plan, per applicable training standardsReporting student progress, issues and deficiencies relative to the course deliveryAbility to travel and work overtime when neededMandatory qualifications include:
Experience as a military pilot Previous Military flying instructional experienceFormal training in Instructional TechniquesMANDATORY: Eligibility to work in Canada either as a Canadian Citizen, a Permanent Resident or with a valid Work PermitMANDATORY: Capable of obtaining and maintaining both Controlled Goods Clearance and a Government of Canada security clearance is requiredMANDATORY: Physically able to work in confined spacesDesirable qualifications and experience:
Verbal French language skills in order to be able to instruct in FrenchExperience as a search and rescue pilotExperience as a multi engine fixed wing pilotExperience with authoring and amending multi-media instructional coursewareFamiliar with quality standards, training plans, and training media used to ensure teaching points are met per Training StandardsAirbus 295 aircraft experienceWe offer you:
