You provide methodological and technical training to Technical Performers in the execution of inspection, disassembly and reassembly tasks related to the maintenance and repair of an aircraft engine in accordance with work instructions. We employ over 200 highly skilled, passionate and enthusiastic employees. **Job Requirements** Your profile: • Hold a Bachelor diploma or equivalent through experience, with in-depth knowledge of good aviation practices and aircraft engine maintenance principles. • Technical knowledge of MRO (Maintenance, Overhaul & Repair) for turbojet engines and problem-solving methods and techniques. • Good educational skills. • Organize your work according to the practical training schedule and set priorities according to unexpected quality events. • Contribute to maintaining the quality system in full compliance with legal requirements and ensuring that quality discrepancies are resolved in accordance with the company's quality system. • Independently assess and validate the skills of trainees, adapting the training program if necessary. • Contribute to increasing SAESB's production capacity through a structured training plan, therefor suggest areas for improvement in training. • Knowledge of common software (MS Office) • Good command of English, able to communicate in French and Dutch is a plus. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Belgium, holding either an EU passport or a valid work & residence permit.
