A client with Kforce is seeking an Instructional Designer III/Learning Experience Architect to join their team onsite in Tucson AZ. Responsibilities: * Learning Experience Design & Innovation Creating, managing and implementing blended learning experiences that drive knowledge retention, behavior change, and ROI * Leverage a variety of learning modalities, including digital learning, immersive simulations, social learning, and AI-driven personalization, to create learning experiences that simulate real-life scenarios * Reimagine traditional onboarding and training models to create a seamless, intuitive, and self-sustaining learning experience * Scalability & Automation: Develop frameworks and repeatable models that scale learning across the organization without additional headcount * Work cross functionally to build self-service and in-the-flow-of-work learning solutions that empower employees to access knowledge at the right time * Collaborate with the Tools and Technology teams to incorporate AI, automation, and data-driven insights to create adaptive learning experiences that evolve based on business needs * Development & Facilitation: Facilitate learning experiences as needed and develop strategies to scale facilitation through internal subject matter experts and peer networks * Enable leaders and teams to take ownership of learning by providing toolkits, playbooks, and enablement resources * Cross-Functional Collaboration & Influence: Partner with business leaders, HR, and enablement teams to align learning solutions with strategic priorities * Act as a thought leader in learning and development, influencing stakeholders on best practices and emerging trends * Data-Driven Learning & Continuous Improvement: Use data, analytics, and learner feedback to measure the impact of learning programs and continuously iterate on design * Experiment with new learning methodologies and emerging technologies to push the boundaries of traditional L&D
