Instructional Designer - Clinical Communications

CTG is seeking **experienced Instructional Designers** with a strong Epic clinical background to support the Release 2 rollout of Rover across multiple healthcare facilities four our client. These roles are critical to the successful deployment of Rover devices and provider training for over 6,200 end users.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Deliver in-person training to providers in clinical skills labs across multiple locations
+ Serve as onsite support during the rollout of Rover devices
+ Collaborate with internal developers who will create training content
+ Facilitate training at a 12:1 user-to-instructor ratio, with 2–3 instructors per site
+ Utilize Epic workflows to provide clinical training from a user-centered perspective
+ Ensure alignment with training protocols in collaboration with ECOM
**Qualifications:**
+ Epic clinical experience required
+ Credentialed status required for contractors
+ Background in instructional design, adult learning theory, or clinical education
+ Familiarity with Epic applications, inpatient workflows, and SAP integration
+ Strong communication and clinical teaching skills
