We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as **Instructional Designer** **Responsibilities** · Support the design and development of a range of learning experiences, including: video-based, HTML, instructor-led, blended learning solutions. · Collaborate with subject matter experts in a variety of fields to help translate their knowledge into an effective learning experience for others. · Build strong relationships with stakeholders to set and manage expectations, create project plans, and regularly communicate project updates and status. · Design and implement learning content using tools like Google Workspace (Google’s productivity suite), Evolvel, and Rise **Qualifications** · 3-5 years experience designing and developing learning solutions for a variety of formats and audiences (e.g. instructor-led training, elearning, microlearning). · BA/BS degree in Learning Design, Creative Writing, English, Education, or other related field, or equivalent practical experience. · Exceptional written communication and editing skills in English, with a demonstrated ability to make complex technical concepts clear, concise, and easily understandable. · Experience with Evolve, and other eLearning authoring tools (like Articulate Rise). · 1-2 years experience in video editing, including familiarity with Adobe Premiere or similar tools. · Strong consulting and relationship management skills, and a track record of delivery and impact. · Knowledge of learning format options and tradeoffs. · Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts concisely and clearly. · Ability to deliver in a climate of ambiguity and with changing tools and technical limitations. **Why Cognizant?** _Improve your career in one of the largest and fastest growing IT services providers worldwide_ _Receive ongoing support and funding with training and development plans_ _Have a highly competitive benefits and salary package_ _Get the opportunity to work for leading global companies_ _We are committed to respecting human rights and build a better future by helping your minds and the environment_ _We invest in people and their wellbeing._ _We create conditions for everyone to thrive.
