Sanofi Global Hub strives to be a strategic and functional partner for tactical deliveries to Medical, HEVA, and Commercial organizations​ in Sanofi, Globally._ **Main responsibilities:** + Design and develop engaging instructional materials and e-learning modules. + Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure accuracy. + Utilize learning management systems (LMS) to deliver and track training programs. + Apply instructional design principles to create effective learning experiences. + Conduct needs assessments and analyze learner feedback to improve training materials. + Maintain project documentation and manage timelines effectively. _About you_ **Experience Required** + 2-3 years of experience in Instructional Designing + Proven track record of managing and delivering high-quality learning content. + Experience working with cross-functional teams, **Education** + Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field. + Portfolio showcasing previous instructional design projects is a plus. **Technical Skills:** + Basic proficiency in e-learning authoring tools, especially Articulate Storyline and Rise. + Basic graphic design skills (e.g., using Canva or Adobe Photoshop). + Understanding of SCORM and xAPI standards. + Basic video editing skills (e.g., using Camtasia or Adobe Premiere). **Soft Skills:** + Strong communication skills. + Attention to detail. + Ability to work collaboratively in a team. + Time management and organizational skills. **Language** + Fluency in English is required. + Proficiency in additional languages is a plus, especially those relevant to the pharmaceutical industry. _Pursue progress, discover extraordinary_ Better is out there.
