We are looking for an Instructional Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the development of engaging and effective learning experiences, collaborating with subject matter experts to create instructional materials that enhance the learning process. ResponsibilitiesAssist in designing and developing instructional materials, including e-learning modules, training manuals, and job aidsSupport the evaluation and revision of existing training materials based on learner feedback and assessment resultsCollaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevanceUtilize best practices in instructional design and adult learning principles to create effective learning experiencesHelp review course builds for accuracy, usability, accessibility, and instructional qualityParticipate in user testing and feedback sessions to refine instructional materialsMaintain organized documentation of design processes and project progressRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field3 - 5 years of experience in instructional designStrong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM)Strong written and verbal communication skillsProven track record of designing successful learning experiences for diverse audiences
