Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to assess training needs and define learning objectives.
Design and develop engaging instructional materials, including eLearning modules, instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (vILT), job aids, and assessments.
Apply instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, etc.) to structure effective learning experiences.
Develop storyboards, scripts, and course outlines to support learning goals.
Build and publish eLearning courses using authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.
Integrate courses into Learning Management Systems (LMS) and monitor learner engagement and performance.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training through feedback, assessments, and data analytics; recommend improvements based on findings.
Ensure all training materials meet accessibility standards and are aligned with brand and compliance requirements.
* Ability to create job aides for new procedures
