This role involves designing and developing innovative solutions that drive measurable business outcomes, using modern learning principles and tools. + Design and develop impactful learning solutions using modern methodologies. + Collaborate with subject matter experts to define objectives and create engaging content. + Utilize tools like Articulate Storyline and Rise to craft digital learning modules. Key Responsibilities Take charge of comprehensive learning design projects, applying the ADDIE methodology to deliver high-quality solutions. You'll create digital modules and supporting materials, ensuring accessibility and continuous improvement. + Apply ADDIE methodology to design and deliver learning projects. + Create digital modules and supporting materials, ensuring accessibility. + Evaluate solutions for continuous improvement. About You: We are looking for a qualified professional with experience in instructional design and adult learning principles. Proficiency in tools like Articulate Storyline and Rise, along with strong communication and project management skills, is essential. + Qualified in Education, Instructional Design, or related field. + Experienced in adult learning principles and proficient in relevant tools. + Strong communication and project management skills.
