Job Description:

We’re looking for an experienced and creative Instructional Designer to join our team! This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building engaging learning experiences, and has a strong background in video production and software training. If you're passionate about designing impactful training materials and collaborating across teams to support product implementation and client success, we’d love to hear from you.

Utilize Instructional design skills to create training curriculum (exercises, agendas, facilitator guides, etc.)

Create learning resources such as videos, job aids, help articles, etc.

Strong video production skills required

Provide software application training using a variety of delivery methods including web-based and on-site training

Work with project management team in coordinating new and existing customer implementations

Develop an extensive working knowledge of the Cotality product suite

Assist with developing training materials for Cotality implementation

Develop working relationship with our Cotality Sales and Client Success teams to utilize product knowledge and establish customer relationships in support of sales effort

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

5+ years of training or education experience

Experience with Camtasia and Adobe Captivate

Experience working with an LMS preferred

Experience with content authoring tools - Articulate preferred

Exhibits enthusiasm, integrity, reliability and respect for diversity

Knowledge of property casualty insurance and/or construction industry is a plus

Possesses excellent problem-solving skills

Ability to work comfortably in classroom and virtual training environments

Establish and maintain good relationships with clients

Hardworking, dependable, punctual and reliable

Ability to work independently or as a team member

Possess a positive attitude and an ability to meet customer requirements

Strong organizational and preparation skills

Fluency in French is a plus

Annual Pay Range:

62,400 - 70,000 USD
