Suncoast Preparatory Academy is seeking a dedicated and versatile Instructional Assistant to join our team in a remote/hybrid capacity. In this key role, you will directly support teachers and students by assisting in the planning and delivery of instructional activities, both virtually and in person. You will help prepare and manage educational materials, monitor student progress, and maintain student records. Additionally, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of our educational programs and provide essential administrative support in areas such as data management, records compliance, and office operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to fostering a positive and supportive learning environment for our students. This role offers the flexibility of remote/hybrid work, allowing you to play a vital role in the success of our charter school community.
