Position Overview The Instruction and Culture Leader at Gateway Middle School plays a pivotal role in building a vibrant student culture grounded by high expectations and high support. The Instruction and Culture Leader, working closely with the principals and leadership teams, develops and implements practices, traditions, and initiatives that nurture students' academic and social-emotional learning.
