Instock Catalogue Manager -12 Month FTC, Amazon Fresh
Description Amazon Fresh Online is looking for a talented and driven Instock Catalogue Manager. This role will focus on developing and implementing long-term solutions for catalogue management, creating standardized operating procedures (SOPs), and driving continuous improvement in our catalogue operations. Overall the role will strongly collaborate with senior Instock Managers on analyzing and executing strategies aimed at ensuring catalogue effectiveness. Please note this is a year fixed term contract. Key job responsibilities - Design and implement long-term solutions for catalogue management challenges - Develop and maintain SOPs for catalogue operations - Partner with PMs and PST to influence technical roadmaps and drive automation initiatives - Lead strategic projects to enhance catalogue accuracy and efficiency Stakeholder Management: - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across business units - Present regular updates to leadership on catalogue health and improvements - Drive cross-functional collaboration between local teams, PMs, and Vulcan POCs Process Improvement: - Identify opportunities for process automation and standardization - Create and implement best practices for catalogue management - Lead change management initiatives for new processes and tools - Develop mechanisms for measuring and reporting catalogue performance Basic Qualifications BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Graduated with Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience - Studies within Engineering, Commerce, Business administration, Supply chain management or similar field - Minimum of 6 months professional experience in a relevant field - Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English - Very Knowledgeable in MS Office programs as Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint - Analytical skills - SQL basic Preferred Qualifications - SQL proficiency - Ability to think both strategically and tactically with strong attention to detail Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
