As an Institutional Marketing Coordinator you will:

Partner with senior members of the team to support and execute marketing strategies across multiple business units.

Manage marketing materials, event communications, and social media content.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns.

Analyze marketing performance and contribute to strategic improvements.

What we look for:

Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

2+ years of professional experience, preferably in marketing, PR or related field

Strong communication and project management skills.

Experience with Canva, Google Analytics, CRM tools a plus.

A curious, proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Total Rewards Package:

$47,900 - $70,000 annual salary range

Bonus potential up to 8.5% of base salary

Compensation and bonus are commensurate with experience, performance and/or firm profitability and location
