KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Understanding individual account’s business model, strategic direction, and business issuesMapping and engagement of stakeholders in different institutions that influence strategic decisions for the company's brandsInitiates, formulates and leads the development and execution of account-specific strategic and tactical plans to drive top and bottom linesDevelop detailed account profiles that will serve as a tool for investment and optimizationSeeks & initiates engagement with key relevant organizations that can influence strategic accounts and stake holdersDeliver Business Results and mastery of business processes of varied institutional accounts:Affiliating & providing appropriate engagements like trainings & workshops to HSPs to reach more corporations for more sustained resultsActivation of new business including industrial accounts until reaching saturation pointWidening portfolio within existing accountsCreate need for our brands to be included in government, civic organizations & NGO projects & initiativesUnderstanding & seeking different government & NGO funding for repeated & sustained businessEstablish inventory level to ensure product availability all the timeMastery of ordering and delivery system of accountsJob Requirements:
At least 3 years Account Management Experience (preferably Pharmaceutical and Consumer)Excellent track recordLeadership capabilitiesCommunication and Presentation SkillsStakeholder ManagementNegotiations SkillsCurrent Employees apply HERE
