Job Title: Automotive Mechanical Installers

A progressive, stable manufacturer who designs and manufactures industry-leading specialty vehicles and related aftermarket parts and services is seeking qualified candidates to fill an immediate need for Automotive Mechanical Installers. This role will install various non-electrical interior and exterior vehicle components on ambulances and specialty vehicles. This opportunity is in Winter Park, FL.

What you will do:

Install all non-electrical interior and exterior components and hardware. Follow verbal and written instructions in English. Maintain close attention to detail and quality standards. Work independently or with minimal supervision. Prioritize tasks to meet production goals and deadlines. Assist in training other installers. Maintain a clean and organized work environment (5S standards). Comply with safety protocols and company policies. Handle hazardous waste properly and follow spill response procedures.
What You Bring to the Job: Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions in English. Understand engineering drawings and layouts. Use linear and other measuring tools accurately. Operate pneumatic and power tools safely (e.g., drills, screw guns). Perform tasks within acceptable quality and time standards. Present information effectively in small group settings.
