**Job Title: Truck Body Installer**
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a motivated and mechanically inclined individual to join our team as a Truck Body Installer. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and customizing heavy-duty truck bodies and equipment to meet customer specifications.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Install truck bodies, platforms, service bodies, cranes, liftgates, and other equipment on commercial vehicles
+ Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and technical drawings
+ Use hand and power tools to perform mechanical and electrical installations
+ Perform welding, cutting, and fabrication as needed
+ Ensure all installations meet quality and safety standards
+ Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area
+ Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
**Qualifications:**
+ High school diploma or GED required
+ Previous experience in truck equipment installation, automotive repair, or a related field preferred
+ Basic mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic knowledge
+ Ability to read and interpret technical documents
+ Proficient with hand and power tools
+ Welding and fabrication skills
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
+ Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment
**Work Environment:**
+ Full-time position, typically Monday–Friday
+ Shop environment with exposure to noise, tools, and heavy equipment
+ May require overtime depending on workload
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
