Our Installers measure, prep and install custom storage solutions in customer homes, while providing exceptional customer service. This position may work solo or as part of a team during projects. This position communicates regularly with Installation Schedulers, Design Consultants, Store Managers and Area Directors. As our demand for our Custom Spaces products and installation services continues to grow, we are looking for that right team member to join who can provide exceptional customer service, positively represent the company and wants to grow with our business. This position will also train to be back-up for our Installation coordinator. This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position. base out of our Coppell, TX distribution facility. This position reports to the Regional Installation Manager.

Responsibilities Executes the on-site installation of C Studio systems and equipmentProvides exceptional customer serviceBefore loading the day’s installation materials, reviews the drawings, cut lists, and pick tickets to ensure that all necessary materials are presentLoads materials into cargo vans according to the established C Studio proceduresEnsures that each assigned installation and service call is completed on scheduleNotifies the Installation Manager of the progress of assigned jobs and makes the manager aware of issues that occur that impair the ability to complete any job as designed and scheduledEnsures that all works sites are treated with care during installationUpon completing an installation or service call, inspects work sites and installed units to be neat and thoroughly cleanResponsible to have tools necessary to accomplish assigned installations (in accordance with established Installer Tool List)Train in logistics, inventory and quality to provide back-up for installation coordinatorQualifications High school diploma or equivalent.Minimum of twelve months of experience or training in same or related field; or equivalent combination of training and experience.Must have a valid drivers license at all times as a requirement of employment and follow all safety procedures.Must be able to clearly communicate in professional manner, both verbally and in writing and provide exceptional customer serviceStrong mathematical skills including, using a tape measure and understand fractions, decimal and metric systemsMust have strong attention to detail, accuracy and good time managementAbility to work independently and in a team environmentExperience in working under tight time pressuresMust be at least 18 years of age Options Apply for this job onlineApplyShareEmail this job to a friendRefer Sorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
