We are looking for a detail-oriented Installations and Materials Specialist to support our telecommunications operations. This role is responsible for coordinating material planning, inventory management, and timely delivery of equipment needed for network and outside plant installations. You will work closely with field operations and the supply chain team to ensure the availability of necessary materials, track usage, and manage supply risks.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and track material orders and deliveries for field installations.
Collaborate with field teams to identify material needs and ensure timely supply.
Monitor inventory levels and implement stock management strategies.
Participate in material planning meetings and update material status reports.
Support the introduction of new technologies and materials into the field.
Analyze data to forecast material requirements and mitigate supply risks.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in materials planning or inventory control.
Fully bilingual (English and Spanish).
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas).
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
