Key Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical and electrical installation of wind turbines according to manufacturer and project specifications.

• Assemble and bolt tower sections, nacelles, hubs, and blades using cranes, torque tools, and lifting equipment.

• Ensure all installation activities comply with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) procedures and protocols.

• Conduct inspections and testing during the installation process to ensure turbine functionality and quality standards.

• Assist with pre-commissioning and handover to commissioning teams.

• Interpret and work from technical drawings, blueprints, and installation manuals.

• Maintain accurate installation records and documentation.

• Troubleshoot and report technical issues during installation.

• Work collaboratively with crane operators, riggers, supervisors, and other technicians on-site. 

• Adhere to site-specific and OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) procedures.

• Participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and risk assessments. ⸻

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

• Technical diploma or vocational qualification in mechanical, electrical, or wind energy-related field.

• Previous experience in wind turbine installation, ideally with a major OEM (e.g., Vestas, Siemens Gamesa, GE, Nordex).

• Experience working with heavy machinery, tools, and cranes on construction sites.
