Installation & Service Engineer

Location: Near Hoa Binh City, Vietnam
Department: Engineering / Technical Services
Reports To: Service Manager

Key Responsibilities:Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for production lines at customer facilities.Address and resolve general equipment issues to ensure minimal downtime.Prepare and submit technical reports detailing line conditions and issues encountered.Communicate with customers regarding line status following any downtime events.Collaborate with global teams for technical updates and continuous improvement initiatives.Manage and provide information on spare parts to customers as needed.Support new equipment installations as assigned by the manager.Perform other duties as required, aligned with the scope of the role.Qualifications & Requirements:Degree or diploma in Electrical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering.Minimum 2 years of experience in production line maintenance or a similar technical role.Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal.Willingness and ability to travel internationally for technical exchanges and support.Familiarity with computer applications and technical documentation.Working knowledge of PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) and DCS (Distributed Control Systems).Understanding of electrical networks and industrial control systems.Awareness of workplace safety standards and practices.Demonstrated initiative, commitment, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
