We’re now looking for an experienced and driven Installation & Modernization Manager to lead and oversee the delivery of elevator installation and modernization projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring safe, high-quality, and cost-effective execution, while inspiring teams and exceeding customer expectations.

Your Key Responsibilities

Safety & Quality Leadership: Champion a culture of safety and quality. Ensure compliance with installation methods, tools, and procedures.

Customer Focus: Foster a service-oriented mindset. Manage customer relationships, resolve escalations, and gather feedback to drive satisfaction.

People Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing operations team. Set targets, track progress through KPIs, and support growth and engagement.

Installation & Project Execution: Ensure timely, efficient, and seamless project delivery. Optimize resource allocation and oversee change management processes.

Operational Excellence: Lead effective project reviews and team meetings. Monitor portfolio performance and implement improvements.

Continuous Improvement: Identify and share best practices. Drive standardization and continuous improvement using Lean principles.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in managing installations, construction, or complex technical projects

Strong people leadership skills, with experience in coaching and team development

Solid understanding of safety standards, quality systems, and installation practices

Business acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking

Familiarity with Project management, change management and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean)

Your Profile

University degree or equivalent technical qualification

Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Experience in the elevator industry or similar sectors is highly valued
