Roles and Responsibilities
Lead Phase Review Designs for WHXR installations, ensuring adherence to design, safety, value optimization, cost reduction, and productivity initiatives within product roadmaps.Coordinate product readiness for global installation by managing program sign-off at various product design and installation stages.Develop regional readiness for product launches, including manuals, mechanical installation strategies, safety protocols, training programs, and essential tools.Oversee the WHXR Concession Process to drive seamless product deployment and operational efficiency.Advocate as the Lead Voice of Field for new product introductions and mechanical engineering installations, ensuring integration and execution within operational environments.Plan and execute departmental operations with a focus on implementing professional activities within the technical discipline.Collaborate strategically to enhance successful product deployment and installation across regions.Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with 2+ years of experience (or a high school diploma with 3-5 years of experience in similar role)Proven track record in successfully driving cross-functional projects and collaborating with cross-functional teamsSuperior organizational, project management, LEAN, and analytical skillsDemonstrated ability to deliver results in ambiguous environments. Change agent with energy and passion; enthusiasm to drive change. Ability to thrive in environments with high levels of complexity and ambiguityAbility to lead organizational change management initiatives. Ability to make formal presentations (internal). Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilitiesWillingness and ability to travel domestically and globally up to 20 percent of the timeDesired Characteristics

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $89,600.00-$134,400.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
