WSP is currently seeking a qualified and motivated Civil Inspector to join our team on a major airport infrastructure project in Riyadh. This role is open to Saudi nationals only as part of our commitment to local workforce development. + Perform daily site inspections to ensure civil works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. + Monitor contractors' work, reporting any non-compliance or quality issues. + Verify that all materials and equipment used are approved and meet project standards. + Ensure work progress aligns with project timelines and safety requirements. + Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other inspectors to resolve site issues. + Prepare and maintain daily inspection reports, progress records, and documentation. + Assist in reviewing method statements, ITPs, and material submittals. + Support the project team during audits and client inspections. + Saudi national (mandatory) + Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field + Minimum 5 years of experience in civil inspection, preferably on large-scale infrastructure or airport projects + Good understanding of relevant codes, standards, and specifications + Familiarity with airport-related civil works is an advantage + Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills + Ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary project environment Imagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.
