Apply today and you could start as soon as this week. **As a PeopleReady associate you'll benefit from:** + Connections and experience with some of the top companies in your area + Great benefit package options + Get matched to jobs quickly. + Competitive pay and steady schedule + The ability to see your schedule and track your hours right from our easy-to-use app, JobStack! **Pay Rate:** _The pay rate for this job is $20 - $25 / hour*_ **What you'll be doing as an Inspector:** + Perform detailed inspections of active job sites to ensure compliance with scope, specifications, and Roofed Right America standards + Possess a strong technical understanding of TPO, PVC, and EPDM roofing systems, including flashing, seaming, insulation, adhesives, terminations, and drainage systems + Probe seams, flashings, and detail work to verify watertight integrity and correct installation + Inspect perimeter metals, edge details, and other scope-specific components for proper installation + Ensure crews are following the defined scope of work and report deviations + Generate and upload inspection reports, including punch list items with photos and written corrective actions, into the project management system + Attend and support manufacturer inspections (NDL) and address any deficiencies or corrections required + Conduct regular safety inspections to verify compliance with the site-specific safety plan, including PPE use, fall protection systems, and hazard identification + Document and report any violations or unsafe conditions in accordance with the enforcement policy + Track and follow up on corrective actions to ensure they are completed in a timely manner + Report inspection and safety findings directly to the Quality/Safety Director + Clock in and out accurately for each inspect/service job using the timekeeping system + Follow all company safety policies and procedures during inspection/repairs + Ensure all work complies with company standards and relevant regulations + Provide feedback on operations to improve efficiency and quality + Assist with other tasks as assigned by the Quality/Safety Director + Additional Service/Warranty duties as needed **Available shifts:** Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day) **Job requirements:** + Minimum of five years of roofing experience + High proficiency of commercial roofing and/or construction knowledge + Proven experience in supervising field operations + Knowledge of OSHA compliance + Proficiency in Google, MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and project management software + The ability to work in different environmental conditions. + Strong leadership and communications skills + Highly trained in conflict management + Valid Driver's License + Proficient in the safe handling and utilization of ladders **Ready to take control of the way you work?** Complete our application to join the PeopleReady team today. *Hourly pay rates are a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
