Perform incoming inspection and complete inspection records执行来料检验并完成检验记录According to the requirements of inspection operation instructions and inspection frequency, ensure that the site operates according to the standard requirements按照检验作业指导书的要求及检查频率，确保现场按照标准要求作业Implement process inspection and finished product inspection, complete inspection records and inspection reports, and issue certificates执行过程检验及成品检验，并完成检验记录、检验报告，出具合格证Determine whether the product is qualified or unqualified according to the inspection requirements按照检验要求判定产品合格或不合格In the inspection process, once nonconforming products, abnormal operation and potential risks are found, a nonconformity report shall be launched in time在检验过程中，一旦发现不合格产品、操作异常、潜在风险等情况，及时发起不合格报告Supervise the implementation of DHR, review the correctness of DHR records, and release products监督DHR的执行，审核DHR记录的正确性，并对产品放行Return inspection of materials材料的退库检验Inspection of dead materials submitted by the warehouse仓库提报的呆滞料检验After the products are confirmed to be qualified, the system release before warehousing is completed产品确认合格后，完成入库前的系统放行Maintenance of inspection equipment检验设备的保养Be responsible for calibration management of measuring equipment when necessary需要时，负责测量设备的校验管理

Job Requirements:

High school or technical secondary school or above高中或中专及以上学历Process and finished product inspectors shall have at least 2 years of relevant working experience in quality inspection position过程及成品检验员需至少2年质量检验岗位相关的工作经验Be familiar with the operation of 3D, hardness tester, caliper and other measuring tools 熟悉3D、硬度计、卡尺等测量工具的操作Familiar with measuring tools and methods 熟悉测量工具及测量方法Familiar with sampling inspection 熟悉抽样检验
