Responsibilities:
- Provide quality packaging for parts/components/assemblies when shipping out parts.
- Packaging parts in a timely fashion.
- Notifying customer of shipment (ship acknowledgement).
- Using the proper freight to ship parts (i.e. FedEx, UPS, etc.) This includes coordinating with planning on shipping -Overnight, Next Day, or Ground delivery.
- All paper work and any other documentation are shipped with parts provided by QC and the Planning Department.
- Organizing any special packaging requirements (including crates) that might be needed to ship parts.
- This includes notifying the Procurement Department that special instructions may be needed on the PO for wrapping and shipping parts back..
- Calling and organizing pick-up and delivery of parts.
- Receiving packages and un-packaging them in a timely fashion.
- Organization and gather all documentation that is sent with incoming product.
- Report all damage to freight companies on incoming packages. This includes notifying the Procurement Department of any damages immediately including pictures, of damaged freight boxes and parts when necessary.
- Assist on incoming quality inspections from out-side vendors, processors, etc.
- Oversee certifications and documentation process per our Industrial's Quality Management System, AS9100, and customer requirements. Providing the "Certification of Compliance" (CofC) for all customers.
- Ensure that every part or assembly is inspected by customer standards or industry standards to ensure that the customer is receiving what they order per their purchase order.
-Ensure that parts and assemblies move through the inspection area (good timely flow) by following the schedule provided the Production Manager.
- Maintain Calibration Database and Tools
Working hours: Various Shifts Available

- Applicant must be a high-energy and a positive individual who is reliable and willing to listen and learn.
- No experience required, however, comprehensive training will be provided.
- The position is a full-time job and must be willing to work a 40 hour week and be open to overtime.
