Inspection & Repair Operator
Job Description
Check small electronic parts and boards to make sure they meet quality standardsUse visual tools like microscopes, magnifiers, and measuring tools to find defectsPerform light touch-up work and repairs as neededFollow written instructions, visual aids, and drawings during inspectionsScan products and enter inspection results into computer tracking systemsAdjust and process items to meet size or quality requirementsRecord how many parts were inspected and any that were rejectedWork closely with your team and supervisor to report issues or delays

Work Experience
High school diploma or GED preferred1+ year of related work experience (inspection, electronics, or light assembly)Ability to read and follow written instructions or basic diagramsComfortable using small tools, microscopes, or magnifying lensesBasic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)Able to sit for long periods and lift/move up to 10 lbs occasionallyIPC certification is a plus but not required
