Then this may be the right opportunity for you. We are currently looking for an Inspection Professional based in Hillerød. Read on to find out more! 

 

 

The position

As our new Inspection Professional, you will be joining the Inspection Support Team. Together we are responsible for the entire inspection area including process, technical and validation. We ensure that our products are compliant with regulatory requirements and are safe to be packaged and shipped to patients all over the world.

 

 

Our inspection lines are fully automated, and we are currently inspecting batches for the marked on two state-of-the-art CVT machines. LEAN is an important part of our work, and we are always looking for new opportunities to develop ourselves and our processes to make sure that we are always in compliance with GMP regulations. 

 

 

Your tasks will include: 

 

Supporting daily operation. Optimize running production. Participate in validations. Batch reviews. Deviation handling. Update SOPs and job instructions (JI). Ensuring we are compliant with requirements from authorities. Provide outside hours telephone support for operating units. Participate in audits and inspections with authorities.

 

 

The team currently consists of 8 colleagues with a range of different backgrounds and expertise, who will support you in your learning and professional development.

 

The team is divided into two areas of interest, technical support and process support. You will be part of the process support. 

 

 

Qualifications 

Hold a bachelor’s or master’s in science or related subjects. It is advantageous if you have experience with testing/validation or process/LEAN. It is advantageous if you have experience from the pharmaceutical industry or from another regulated industry, i.e., food production or medical devices. Fluent in written and spoken English and Danish. 

 

As a professional, you have an interest in learning new technology and developing this further and passionate about your field and enjoy sharing ideas. You have a quality mindset, and you are known for being a strong communicator and collaborator. You also thrive in a fast-paced environment where short deadlines and shifts in focus areas are a part of your everyday work.

 

 

About the department

You will be a part of the Aseptic Manufacturing (AM), and more specifically you will be a part of the department Filling, Engineering and Inspection where 100+ skilled and engaged colleagues are ready to welcome you. The department is responsible for the maintenance and technical support to our two isolator filling lines and the operation and support to our two inspection lines. The department is based in Hillerød in a facility that is referred to as a factory of the future – it is a state-of-the-art filling facility, which is just a few years old.
