Position overview:
We are seeking an analytical, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Insights Manager to join our growing Strategic Insights and Foresight team. This individual will be instrumental in transforming healthcare data—particularly claims and patient-level data—into actionable business insights that support strategic decisions across the organization.
The ideal candidate brings deep familiarity with healthcare datasets and a strong foundation in SQL, real-world data analytics, and visualization tools. Experience working with medical device data and an understanding of the diabetes landscape is a significant plus
JOB / DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain and update monthly healthcare claims and pipeline data refreshes to track product usage and competitive dynamics.Leverage claims data, real-world evidence, and internal datasets to support market intelligence and elevate the consumer experience.Write and maintain complex SQL queries within Databricks or similar platforms, integrating multiple data sources to generate actionable insights.Design, build, and automate dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Excel, Databricks Genie/BI tools.Apply strong data validation and profiling techniques to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.Collaborate with senior team members to develop KPIs, operational metrics, and measurement frameworks aligned with strategic priorities.Manage relationships with external partners and vendors providing data feeds or analytical support and support ad hoc analyses, investigations, and reporting needs to help drive business impact.Organize and communicate key findings in clear, digestible formats to technical and non-technical stakeholders.JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Proven experience with SQL and large-scale data processing tools (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake).Proficiency in building dashboards and visualizations in Tableau, Excel, or similar tools.Strong knowledge of data models, schemas, and validation principles.Ability to extract insights from structured and semi-structured data sources.Clear, concise communication skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Knowledge of any of the following tool sets is advantageous: Jet Reports, Microsoft SQL Server (SSRS, SSAS)
NOTE: This position is eligible for hybrid working arrangements (requires on-site work from an Insulet office at least 3x/week; may work remotely other days). #LI-Hybrid
Additional Information:
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $111,600.00 - $167,400.00. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the primary work location in the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
