As an Insights Business Partner, you will provide Insights to the Business to identify growth potential, innovation opportunities and drive creative excellence. You will work closely together with our Marketing teams as well as R&D teams at the Division & Hub team level. The role will actively understand, follow and live the values of the Colgate-Palmolive’s Engagement Model meaning “Deep understanding of people”, “Enabling & Inspiring”, “Taking over Leadership”. Key Responsibilities: Act as Strategic partner for Marketing & R&D, educate Business to perform on a higher level regarding insights & people centricity • Use the Insights to improve CP growth finding flexible and different approaches • Support with the implementation of Insights into the business in close cooperation with the teams • Management of external partners for ad-hoc Insight studies + Drive people centricity to better understand local culture and drive business growth Define insights priorities with the Marketing groups within the selected Division team and establish together with the Insights leader the insights plan to support the team • Keep clear focus on key business & commercial priorities when developing Insights annual plan • Become the expert within the division for the assigned scope - this involves consolidation and sharing of learning across studies conducted within the division • Being first “go to” person for questions on that specific scope and building of network with other members of Insights community • Become active & added value contribution providing member of CP European Insights Community • Execute the agreed insights plan for scope in own responsibility, draw conclusions from the learning and collaborate with commercial partners to define relevant action plans • Leverage learning from other insights groups as well as external data sources to complement own research as a further source of knowledge • Actively partner with the Marketing group to ensure relevant insight is collected, understood and appropriate action plans formulated; this includes sharing and activation of knowledge • Help support people centricity and understanding of local culture by driving and supporting local and divisional activity in this field Qualifications: **Level of Education:** Degree in Business Administration, Marketing/Sales or similar + Fluent in English **Years of Experience (range):** Minimum 5 years of experience in an Insights role on Corporate side from FMCG, Pharma or other related sector with touching points to the end-consumer **Functional Experience and Technical Skills: experience across a wide range of insights tools and use cases, particularly innovation and creative excellence.
