Strategic Leadership
+ Drive insights agenda for full brand portfolio across EAA markets
+ Shape strategic direction through consumer and market intelligence laddering up consumer, brand, and market nuances and needs
+ Identify new opportunities across consumers, markets, and emerging trends and opportunities across regions to inform business strategy
Team & Capability Leadership
+ Lead and develop high-performing insights team across the key regions
+ Drive consistency in insights approaches while enabling local relevance
+ Create strong connections between regional and global teams
Business Impact
+ Partner with Regional Marketing VP and Global Insights VP to shape and drive strategic growth initiatives
+ Drive consumer-led decision making at senior leadership level
+ Lead complex multi-market research driving major investment decisions
+ Optimize insights ROI across markets while ensuring global consistency
**What You Bring to the Table**
+ 15+ years of progressive insights experience with significant international exposure
+ Leadership demonstrating a high EQ and cultural curiosity
+ Beverage alcohol industry experience
+ Experience working on Iconic brands
+ Proven track record of leading insights teams across multiple markets
+ Experience driving global transformation initiatives and capability building
+ Deep expertise in consumer insights & marketing effectiveness
+ Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders
+ Experience working in matrix organizations across diverse cultures
+ Track record of driving business impact through insights
