Our two other solution hubs, Publicis Sapient and Publicis Commerce, empower businesses to embrace digital transformation and equip them with a total commerce experience. **Overview** This role involves designing and managing data reporting solutions using platforms like Datorama, Data Studio, and Tableau. It requires expertise in analyzing large datasets and synthesizing research from various sources. Acting as a research and insights expert in APAC, you will drive competitive intelligence and manage large-scale, multi-market research projects. Strong project management is essential to address both strategic and tactical business needs. Building and maintaining stakeholder relationships is also key to supporting business growth and identifying new opportunities. **Key Responsibilities:** + **DATA LITERACY** **& EXPERTISE** Design, Build, Test, Debug, Monitor, and Troubleshoot Datorama/Data Studio/Tableau data reporting solutions + Interpret and analyse big groups of data and synthesizing relevant research materials from various sources including social and search + Be a subject matter expert on research and insights in APAC + **PROJECT MANAGEMENT** Drive competitive intelligence roadmap; prioritize analysis requests to balance the tactical and strategic information needs of the business + Lead large-scale multi-market research from methodology selection, proposals, questionnaire design, managing research partners, analysis and presentation + **NETWORKING** Build a strong relationship with clients and internal stakeholders and ensure research deliverables are met and are leveraged to drive business growth + Harness the team and network to identify new business opportunities and existing client development plan **Qualifications** + Bachelor's Degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics or equivalent + Working experience in one or more of these systems is preferred: Netbase, Brandwatch, SimilarWeb, SemRush etc + Quantitative market research experience will be advantageous + Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio, and Datorama, to develop effective data models and front-end applications preferred + Experience with Scripting and Programming (to an extent) Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, development skills is an added plus + Understanding of database design concepts such as tables, fields, attributes, and relationship cardinality (e.g., one to many, many to one) + Exceptional problem-solving skills + Highly organized, able to multi-task and set priorities + Self-starter, highly motivated and pro-active + Strong people skills and ability to work effectively with your team + Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel, incl. Pivots, Word, PowerPoint + Possess a desire to work for a fast-paced, results-based company + Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
