Overview Europe Sector is the biggest region beyond North-Amercia business with UK being one the biggest countries. Europe sector is composed of 2 key businesses (Beverages and Snacks) from which the business is divided into Clusters (6 for Snacks, 5 for Beverages) – each cluster being a composition of different markets (40+ markets in Europe sector). At Europe Sector Business Intelligence CoE, we enable confident decision making and want to be the undisputed source for holistic data performance by building cutting edge capabilities embedded into all critical business forums. To achieve this, we’re using and developing continuously our Tableau BI platform (PPD - PepsiCo Performances Drivers) leading the IT development alongside of managing the reporting for European C-Suite and building stronger capabilities around Shoppers, Forecasting and Media Allocation activities. PepsiCo business performances are tracked across 30 countries and 4 macro-categories (Snacks, Beverages, Grains & Dairy). The Europe Business Intelligence is structured around 2 teams, working in close collaboration with joint objectives : - Making ‘Business Impact’ - Providing ‘BI Enablers’ Job Summary The person will be part of the ‘Business Impact’ Team and therefore part of the Europe Business Intelligence Center of Excellence. The person should have very strong Business Intelligence skills and have a passion for Retail Measurement Service (RMS) analytics with focus on Nielsen database. Main purpose of the role is to manage the RMS analytics agenda including BAU reporting across all business forums and manage any ad-hoc requests from C-Suite leaders across Europe (Europe CEO, Categories SVP, Categories Finance Senior Director, FP&A Senior Director, Insights & Analytics VP). The person should have the relevant experience to adapt our existing reporting to evolving business landscape in PepsiCo. Expect some strong data manipulation on Excel, PowerBI and heavy usage of NIQ/ Circana/ Global Data/ Kantar/ YouGov/ Ipsos Household Panel. Responsibilities Contribute to any critical and regular business forums using PepsiCo’s Dashboards Suite - PPD as a main tool to provide accurate diagnostics on PepsiCo, Competitors and Category performance. Heavy focus on all Quarterly Reviews, Competitive Review, PepsiCo Europe CEO LT meetings, PepsiCo Europe TownHalls, PEC/Cluster QGM reporting etc.- Cross country & Cross category analytics is a must Manage any ad-hoc requests and business questions using multiple data sources like NIQ, HHP, Euromonitor etc. Support the Growth Navigator project to embed a human centric approach to data analytics and PPD Provide inputs to manager on reporting optimizations required (tools, data gaps, processes) Expert on new Nielsen Discover platform and provide support if needed with any roll out Provide support in expanding Shopper Analytics capabilities Qualifications Post Graduate Degree (MBA Preferred, Statistical background preferred) 6+ years of experience with RMS analytics and developing BI solutions Advanced Excel / Powerpoint skills, Power BI knowledge is good to have Expert on NIQ/ Global Data/ Circana Knowledge on Household/Shopper panel (Kantar, GFK, IPSOS etc.) databases/metrics is good to have Expert on European Markets; Asia, Middle East & Africa experience is good to have Structured thinker / problem solver who works independently Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Great Collaborator / Team Spirit Language: English Fluent
