Responsibilities The Opportunity This role plays a key part in ensuring data quality and enabling data-driven decisions in marketing and business strategy. To collect, clean, and transform sales and media data to support analytical solutions in LATAM, particularly for Media Mix Modeling (MMM). Your Impact As Insights Analyst your functions would consist of: • Data collection and transformation using python for Media Mix Modeling solutions in LatAm (ROIe and MMM). • Validate data matches to expectation across multiple sources. • Lead automation projects to enhance data quality and usage across data sources/owners. • Work with large and complex custom, and syndicated, data sets to identify issues and determine actionable resolutions. • Identify opportunities to develop, test, and deploy data quality process enhancements and develop data controls. • Diagnose and proactively resolve data integrity questions and QA support across internal and external tools. • Develop media and business acumen to understand logical relationships between business changes and business drivers and media/marketing efforts. • Work with cross functional teams to fulfill ad-hoc reporting requests. Qualifications ¿Who Are We Looking For? Experience 1+ years of experience using Python and SQL for data analysis, transformation, or data engineering tasks. Academic background in Actuarial Science, Engineering, Economics, or similar data-focused fields. Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken, required for cross-regional collaboration. Knowledge of data visualization tools (Excel, Power BI or Tableau) and strong analytical skills.
