Purpose of the Post: Provide support to the planning, coordination, and execution of a portfolio of Insight/Home-Based User studies.  + Assist in the design and execution of home-based user studies in residential settings. + Assist in the development and management of study protocols, participant recruitment and electronic informed consent. + Manage the packaging and postage of test materials to participants homes. + Oversee logistics for home-based testing, including scheduling and on time delivery of products and reporting. + Analysis qualitative and quantitative data from studies and generate insights to inform product design and development for external stakeholders. + Clearly communicate study goals and timelines of studies to Insight Department Manager and department Project Manager. + Collaborate with external vendors who provide and aid logistics and software for the department. + Ensure all participant-facing communication materials (e.g., recruitment scripts, consent forms, instructions for use etc.) are clear, ethical, and aligned with compliance standards. + Coordinate and manage scheduling for user studies, ensuring efficient use of researcher and participant time. + Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases, study schedules, and documentation to support smooth study operations. + Prepare and organise study materials, electronic consent forms, and technical resources ahead of research sessions. + Track study progress, compile status updates, and assist in reporting to keep stakeholders informed. + Use data management tools such as excel, SharePoint and Snap Survey) to track participation, responses, and study metrics. + Respond to and resolve issues or escalations related to study execution or participant concerns. + Communicate effectively with study participants during recruitment, onboarding, and follow-up’s, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and empathy. + Respond promptly and clearly to questions or concerns raised by participants and team members + Respond professionally to email enquiries from team members, participants, cross-functional partners, and external stakeholders ensuring clarity and appropriate tone. + Review and edit written materials produced by team members for quality, consistency, and clarity before distribution. + Suggest improvements to study processes, communication workflows, and data management to enhance overall team efficiency. + Analyse unexpected issues during study execution, such as technical failures or participant non-compliance, and swiftly apply corrective actions. + Understanding grammar, sentence structure, and clarity in professional writing. + Awareness of GCP (Good Clinical Practice). + IT literate + Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) + Adobe + Strong attention to detail to identify errors and refine documents for clarity and precision. + Attention to Detail + Compliance & Accuracy Problem-Solving + Effective communication skills both written and oral. + Organised. + Good time management and can prioritised. + Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data findings. + Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities and shifting deadlines. + SCQF Level 4 or above in English Benefits At Eurofins we are growing, innovating and always learning.
