Insight Assistant Manager;洞察助理经理
Overview Support Snack insights leader to work on consumer insights by working closely with category team/global insights team/commercial team to develop the right consumer insights to support the brand future growth. This role is reqruied to take more strategic planning for expanded categories, as well as deep consumer research for all diverse brands. Responsibilities Support Snack insights leader to deliver commercial performance review by integrating offtake(Nielsen)/penetration(kwp)/brand tracking (Kantar) to drive business decision. Deliver adhoc project incl. communication test, campaign tracking following the guidance on Snack insights leader Qualifications With around 5 years working experience in FMCG / consumer related industry with both agency side and in-house side, incl. market research agency Solid knowledge on quantitative & qualitative research methodology, incl. Nielsen/ KWP/Kantar brand tracking, Innovation test and Pricing methodology, digital/EC related tools (e.g. TMIC) Forward looking and can see the big picture and good at setting the agenda and right priorities of work Strong oral and communication skills required; good presentation skills
