Job Description

Specjalista ds Sprzedaży Wewnętrznej / Inside Sales Support

As Inside Sales Support, you will be responsible for managing sales and service across the following markets: Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan. You will independently oversee approximately 550 customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Your approach, exceptional organizational skills, and process ownership will be crucial in managing a high volume of customers with attention to detail. Additionally, you will collaborate with various departments to resolve issues and enhance overall customer satisfaction, contributing to the continuous improvement of our service processes.

You will report to the Customer Service Manager .

Your Responsibilities:Phone and web research of new customers within the given area.Phone and web research of industries within the area to identify possible customers.Phone and web research of suppliers.Web research of local laws regarding sales, import and export.Telephone negotiation with customers and potential customers.Telephone sales to customers.Telephone negotiation with suppliers.Telephone and web sourcing of required parts and equipment.Providing a quotation to customers.Chasing quotations.Receiving and processing orders.Arranging a form of payment from customers.Ensuring relationships are managed to maximize sales.The Sales Executive initial role will be data gathering from existing and prospective customers. This will involve cold calling as well as extensive web research.All post sale administration will be handled by others so teamwork is a must.Day to day tasks like customer calls, quoting, checking internal systems to make sure that all orders are on track.Working daily with internal systems to check on customers repairs to make sure that all deliveries are on time.Chasing customers for payments.Invoicing.Creating orders.

The Essentials - You Will Have:Good English (B2+) knowledge is required as serve Eastern MarketA minimum of 2 years of experience in selling products or services.Proficiency in English at a B2+ level or higher.Experience in telephone negotiations and sales.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:Experience in sales administration, particularly in managing customer relationships and processing orders.Knowledge of Russian.Openness to building robust business relationships.Experience balancing multiple sales opportunities.Effective negotiation skills.Focus on achieving targets.Experience in sales administration.
