With 100 years of operation under our belt and an average employee tenure of 15 years, come find out what makes The Toro Company the best place in the Twin Cities to build a career.     Toro Construction Inside Sales Specialist: We are seeking a motivated and results driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our team responsible for supporting and coordinating the sales of specialty construction equipment to business unit sales channel and direct business partners. This role is essential in building and sustaining relationships with prospects and turning them into loyal customers. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to a quality sales culture and processes. What Will You Do?   In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for :   ​ ​ ​ ​ + Lead Generation: Use phone, email, and social media channels to identify potential customers. + Prospect Qualification: Assess and qualify leads to ensure they are a good fit for our products. + Sales Presentations: Stay updated on product features, benefits, and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers. Conduct product demos and highlight key benefits tailored to individual prospects. + Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. + Sales Closure: Achieve monthly sales targets by effectively closing deals. Assist in driving sales for a two-channel division. Working closely with territory managers in both Rental and Dealer. + Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions for reporting process. + Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process. + Order Management: The ability to use Toro business systems to accurately process orders. + Trade Shows: Attend trade shows, Dealer training opportunities. + Travel expectation 5%     What Do You Need?   To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:   + B.S. degree with Business related focus preferred; Minimum Associate's Degree with applicable experience + Level I: 2+ years experience in similar roles; preferably in the construction equipment industry + Level II: 4+ years experience in similar role; preferably in the construction equipment industry + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + High level of motivation and a results-oriented mindset. + Preferred experience with digital sales tools and techniques.   What Can We Give You?      At The Toro Company, we are always working to make sure our employees know just how valued they are. It is not common to be hired at or near the top of the range; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the annual pay range is between ​ $66,500 - $80,000. Cash compensation is one piece of our competitive total rewards package. You may be eligible to participate in an incentive program, which rewards employees based on individual and organizational performance. Eligibility and award amounts are determined by company policy and performance metrics.
