Join our team and start your journey today! We’re looking for a motivated and resourceful **Inside Sales Specialist** to join our growing sales team. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in driving business growth across France by generating leads, engaging key decision makers, and supporting our outside salesforce through effective outreach and collaboration. If so, we’d love to hear from you. **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Call and email hospitality and MDU market decision makers to introduce them to our technology, primarily in France. + Hunt and contact value-added resellers who can drive sales into our target accounts. + Book and confirm in-person presentations and web demos for our outside salespeople. + Collaborate with our lead generation team to prioritize your daily calls and email campaigns. + Enter sales-related data into our CRM. + Research and use sales optimization tools to create effective outreach and follow-ups. + Research online to find hospitality and MDU groups and their decision makers. + Compete to be a top lead generator while remaining a strong team player. **For This Role, You Will Need:** + University/High School degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Marketing, or Economics. + Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with excellent customer relations abilities. A friendly and empathic demeanor with a dedication to outstanding service. + Prior experience in a sales or customer service role. + Comfortable using CRM and incorporating automated sales tools to build a strong sales pipeline. + Proficient in English and fluent in French. + Quick learning abilities that allow you to thrive in new markets, products, and technologies. **Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:** + Creative detective skills and tactics for identifying and contacting decision-makers. + The ability to spark curiosity and engagement while maintaining a professional and credible approach. + Past experience working in a multinational environment. **Our Commitment to Our People** Across the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition.
