The Inside Sales Specialist will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives by focusing on our Inside Sales segmented customers. You must be comfortable with negotiation on the phone, outbound calling, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales to get orders and achieve your targets.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound calls, and emailsUnderstand customer needs and requirements. Research accounts, identify key players and generate interestClose sales and achieve quarterly quotasMaintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory. Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals.Perform effective online demos to prospectsThe essential requirements of the job include:
BA/BS degree or equivalent. Proven inside sales experience with track record of achieving quotaProficient with corporate productivity and web presentation toolsExperience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM. SAP preferred. Advanced excel skills a plusExcellent verbal and written communications skills. Strong listening and presentation skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyIt would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
