We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Specialist and Account Manager to join our team on a contract basis in Buford, Georgia. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving business-to-business sales, and nurturing strong relationships with customers and vendors. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Drive B2B sales initiatives to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Handle inbound and outbound inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to foster long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with team members to develop strategies that enhance customer engagement.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to address their needs and identify new opportunities.
• Provide exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer concerns.
• Support sales processes by coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
Experience with Salesforce is not required, but it is preferred.
Requirements • Proven experience in account management or inside sales roles.
• Strong background in B2B sales with a track record of achieving targets.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proficiency in managing multiple accounts and prioritizing tasks effectively.
