Inside Sales Specialist

What is the role about? 

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Inside Sales Specialist to manage the end-to-end order processing cycle and support parts and serial business (MRO) quoting. This role is critical in ensuring that customer orders are accurately entered, processed, and fulfilled in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to collaborate across departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 

Which tasks will you perform?  

Receive, review, and process customer orders via email, phone, or order management systems.  Verify order accuracy, pricing, product availability, and delivery timelines.  Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, logistics, and warehouse to ensure timely order fulfillment.  Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates or delays to customers.  Resolve order-related issues, discrepancies, or complaints in a professional and timely manner.  Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and customer interactions in the ERP or CRM system.  Support invoicing and billing processes as needed.  Timely processing of MRO (parts and serial products) quotes using available tool landscape (Salesforce and SAP).  

What do we expect from you? 

You will have (required): 

High school diploma or equivalent required 

You may have (preferred):   

Associate or bachelor's degree in any field   3 years of experience in order processing, customer service, or supply chain operations.  Proficiency with order management systems, ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite), Microsoft Office Suite and CRM Systems (SFDC preferred)  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.  Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.  Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
